By Sea

The Traditional Ferry from Pt. Judith, Narragansett, RI runs year round. There are others that run seasonally from New London, Newport, Montauk, and Orient Point.

By Air

Take a plane from Westerly Airport or charter a plane from other locations. Fly into Block Island State Airport for the fastest transportation to start your trip.

Questions

What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation fee will be based on a 60-day policy.
Prior to 60 days before arrival, there is a 100% refund of your deposit.
Less than 60 days before arrival, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
The remainder of your balance is charged 3 days before arrival, after which, any cancellation incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
The only exception to the cancellation fees is if we are able to rebook the dates, in which case we will refund whatever we are able to recover.
There are no refunds or credits for late arrivals or early departures.
In the case of inclement weather, if all ferries and airlines are cancelled on your arrival date, that day only will be refunded and the cancellation policy applies to any remaining days.
If cancelled on your departure day, you will be charged only half the rate for any additional days.
Cancellation policies may differ if booked on 3rd party websites and are generally more strict.
You will be charged based on the policy listed where you booked and the rebooking exception is not valid unless booked directly through blockislandbooking.com or over the phone.
Do you allow pets?

Yes, many of our accommodations do with an additional pet fee. All options that allow dogs are identified as pet friendly on the listing. Please let us know about your furry travel companions when making a reservation. Check out all our rentals here!

What amenities are included?

All accommodations include linens, bath towels, toiletry basics, paper products, and beach chairs and towels. If there is something specific you need, please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate your needs. Read a full list of amenities here!

When is check in and check out?

Check in is at 3 pm. We will let you know once the accommodation is ready and provide the remote check in instructions on the day of arrival. 

Check out is at 10 am. There will be check out instructions provided in the guide at check in.
